Due to the hygienic nature of our products we do not accept returns. Should your order not meet your satisfaction we will do our utmost best to resolve your query should you notify us within 30 days. The purchased items must be sealed and unused. For orders that we may not be able to fulfill completely, KYUU Skin CareTM reserve the right to substitute items with a suitable alternative. email@example.com
Cancellations of orders
Should you wish to cancel an order, the cancellation should be made as soon as possible. Please refer to the below fees applicable to cancellations:
- Before payment is received: 0% of the total cost is payable
- After the order has been paid but not yet delivered: 25% of the total cost is payable
- After the order has been, paid and shipped but not yet delivered: 35% of the total cost is payable (package should be unopened)
- After the order has been, paid, shipped and delivered: This will be handled as a return and not a cancelled order

Exchanging delivered products
Should you need to exchange goods purchased you my do so within the terms as set out below:
- The products that you would like to exchange should be sealed, unopened and unused
- I you have received an incorrect order you may exchange
- Exchanges will not be refunded or exchanged for cash. A store credit or voucher will apply
- A small handling fee will apply
- Please email us regarding your exchange prior to the exchange email@example.com
You should inspect your order upon receipt and check that everything specified on the delivery note is included. If you have accepted the order and signed the delivery note, you will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem or you cancel the order in accordance with your cancellation right and/or you return the goods in accordance with our Returns Policy. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the ordered products at a later date.
Account credits and refunds
KYUU Skin CareTM will gladly refund an order when the error is due to an error of KYUU Skin CareTM. Should an item be out of stock, you will be credited to your online account or a gift voucher will be issued to you.
Returning Orders Paid by Gift Vouchers
An online shop credit will be issued to the gift recipient for the full amount of the product(s) return. KYUU Skin CareTM does not offer exchanges or cash refunds for gift vouchers purchases.
